Our Returns & Refund Policy

Behold beauty will accept items for return or exchange that are in new condition, unopened, unaltered and free from damage by the customer within 10 days of purchase. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 10 days of purchase or if they have been opened, damaged or altered in anyway. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items, only full price items will be accepted for exchange or return. 

We reserve the right to deny refund to the sender without prior return approval. We reserve the right to deny refund to the sender if the returned product is opened, used or altered in anyway. 

Refunds do not include postage, this is covered by the buyer. The amount for postage will be taken off of your refund price. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/postage costs to return your item. We recommend you use a traceable shipping method when posting your return or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Once your return is received by Behold beauty and inspected you will then receive an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your return has been accepted or rejected. 

If your return is accepted please expect a refund in your account within 14 working days.
