Our Cancellation Policy

To secure an appointment we require a non-refundable deposit/booking fee. Each fee price will depend on which treatment you are booking. This fee will be deducted off the final cost of your appointment, the remaining balance must be paid on the day either by card or in cash. Any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the appointment and will not be able to book again until this outstanding balance is paid. Any clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will have their appointment automatically cancelled and be charged for their full appointment. 

Please ensure you agree to these policies before booking with us, we have these policies in place to protect us and our business. No shows or last minute cancellations means we have no time to fill that appointment and therefor lose out on our time.
